A. Orbial's Privacy Policy
Orbial is committed to protecting the privacy of your business and employees, while providing you with the opportunity to receive products and services, which enhance your business activities. This policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the ways in which we collect information from you when you use the service, and what we may use it for.

B. What data do we collect from you?
We collect data from you ("User Data") in various ways when you enter one-off events such as surveys and competitions; when you register to use the orbial.com service; during the course of your use of Orbial services, and those of third parties available through the service; and when we request further information from you from time to time following on from registration. Much of this data comprises business information. Some of it may comprise personal data about individuals, to which various global data protection laws apply. This Privacy Policy describes Orbial's approach to fulfilling its obligations under those data protection laws.

To provide the orbial.com service to you
We will use User Data to provide and improve our business service to you, to enable our help desk to deal with any queries you have about our service, to notify you of any changes to our service or our General User Conditions, and to process payments.

From time to time, Orbial, or third parties acting on Orbial's behalf, may wish to send you information about other products and services which we offer and we believe you may be interested in and we may use User Data for this purpose. To generate and deal in aggregate data
Orbial.com may provide aggregated data about our users, sales patterns and related Orbial information, to reputable third parties on a commercial basis, but this data shall be in non-attributable form and will not enable any such third party to identify individual users or individual businesses.

To provide data to third party providers
Orbial may pass User Data to third party providers of products and services through the service to enable them to provide them to you, and (where relevant) to facilitate billing. Orbial does not as such authorize such third parties to use your User Data to market its own products or services, but you may have given such consent as part of your direct relationship with the third party in question.

To the Orbial group of companies
Orbial may make User Data available to other members of the Orbial group of companies, either for the fulfillment of orbial.com services, or to enable them to provide you with information about products or services which they believe would be of interest to you.

D. Legal Requirements
While it is unlikely, Orbial may be required to disclose your User Data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements. We will use all reasonable endeavours to notify you before we do so, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.

E. No Commercial Disposal to Third Parties
Orbial shall not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make User Data commercially available to any third party, except as described above, or except with your prior permission.

G. Updating User Data Orbial Limited holds about you
You can change or update the User Data that Orbial Limited holds about you at any time. You can do this by contacting us by email at info@orbial.com

H. Assent to Terms of Privacy Policy
By using the orbial.com services you acknowledge that you have read the terms of this Privacy Policy and that you agree to use User Data for the purposes set out above. Orbial may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Orbial will notify you through the service of changes.
